Our Provider Relations team ensures that contracted practitioners are well-informed, compliant, and supported through education, surveys, and relationship management.


Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Pay: $15/hour
  • Training provided remotely
  • Must work from a designated home office with company-provided technology
  • Internet requirement: Minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to educate practitioners on compliance and contractual obligations
  • Perform quarterly directory validations and “secret shopper” access-to-care surveys
  • Audit and confirm accuracy of practitioner directory information
  • Provide onboarding education to newly contracted practitioners and document required training attestations
  • Capture and forward practitioner change information to update internal databases
  • Identify training or process improvement opportunities based on practitioner feedback
  • Support and participate in webinars, educational campaigns, and orientation activities
  • Maintain records, send practitioner notices, and provide general administrative support
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to department goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of progressive customer service experience (healthcare or specialty healthcare preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
