Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer insurance questions and policy concerns
- Support policyholders with billing inquiries
- Assist with policy updates and changes
- Provide informed recommendations and adjust accounts when needed
- Guide first-level agents on escalated issues
- Maintain professionalism while working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 or older
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable using desktop systems and Windows-based tools
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- College degree optional
