TP provides a trainer, study materials, and covers the exam cost and scheduling

What You’ll Do
⦁ Resolve higher-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment while following guidelines
⦁ Advise first-level representatives on complex or escalated issues
⦁ Support policyholders with billing questions and concerns
⦁ Assist with policy changes requested by policyholders
⦁ Provide recommendations to meet policyholder needs and adjust coverage as appropriate
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ At least 6 months of customer service experience
⦁ Must be 18 years or older
⦁ Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
⦁ Comfort using Windows-based systems and desktop tools
⦁ Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
⦁ Ability to stay calm under pressure, follow procedures, and take feedback
⦁ Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (degree is a plus, not required)
⦁ Must live in an eligible state (role lists specific approved states)
⦁ Internet that meets requirements: 15 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, ping under 50ms, no VPN or mobile/hotspot/satellite connections
⦁ Ability to provide proof of internet speed and maintain a distraction-free workspace
