Schedule

  • Fully remote role (must be located in Florida)
  • Paid 5-day pre-licensing training
  • Flexible shifts available after training
  • Must be available to work various schedules

What You’ll Do

  • Complete paid pre-licensing training and pass the state insurance exam (all costs covered by TP)
  • Resolve complex customer issues and support first-level representatives
  • Assist policyholders with billing, policy changes, and coverage recommendations
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What You Need

  • Must reside in Florida
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home

Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Internet: Minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
  • No satellite, mobile hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections
  • Proof of internet speed required
