Schedule
- Fully remote role (must be located in Florida)
- Paid 5-day pre-licensing training
- Flexible shifts available after training
- Must be available to work various schedules
What You’ll Do
- Complete paid pre-licensing training and pass the state insurance exam (all costs covered by TP)
- Resolve complex customer issues and support first-level representatives
- Assist policyholders with billing, policy changes, and coverage recommendations
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What You Need
- Must reside in Florida
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
Work-from-Home Requirements:
- Internet: Minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
- No satellite, mobile hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections
- Proof of internet speed required
