What You’ll Do
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide policy support
- Assist policyholders with billing questions and policy changes
- Recommend and adjust policies based on customer needs
- Guide first-level representatives on high-level issues
What You Need
- Must be located in Texas
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to type 25 WPM
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Organized with strong prioritization skills
