What You’ll Do

  • Resolve complex customer issues and provide policy support
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and policy changes
  • Recommend and adjust policies based on customer needs
  • Guide first-level representatives on high-level issues

What You Need

  • Must be located in Texas
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to type 25 WPM
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Organized with strong prioritization skills

Work From Home Requirements

  • Internet: Minimum 15 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, ping under 50ms
