Worker Designation This role is designated as aremoterole. You will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. Although this role is designated as remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

Group Disability Experience, preferred
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration or related field
- Two to five years of LTD experiencecalculatingpre-disability earnings, COLAs, deductions, offsets, overpayments, underpayments and other and ongoing financial work in accordance with the provisions in the group disability policies
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Calculates pre-disability earnings, COLAs, deductions, offsets, overpayments, underpayments and other and ongoing financial work in accordance with the provisions in the group disability policies
Responsible for the application of policy provisions related to pre and post-disability financial calculations
Provides an ongoing review of claimant return to work earnings calculations
Reviews offset coding in the claims payment system for known offsets and adjusts as necessary
Reviews and ensures the accuracy of the benefit components in the claims payment systems
Reviews documentation and coding for the disability benefit taxability, including FIT, SIT, FICA
Demonstrates strong communication around financial aspect of claim to be available to the Case Managers for calculation explanations
Makes Policyholder/ Insured calls as necessary and appropriate to obtain missing financial information
Performs other duties as required
