Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • Training: 7:30am–4:00pm CT (2 weeks)
  • Nesting: 2 weeks
  • Production: 7:00am–8:00pm CT
  • 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and faxes regarding medication prior authorizations
  • Provide status updates and follow-up with providers on documentation
  • Accurately review, interpret, and enter data into systems
  • Communicate effectively with members and healthcare providers
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance

What You Need

  • 1+ year of healthcare, claims, or medical admin experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of continuous tenure with a previous employer
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical/healthcare terminology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Dedicated home setup: 19″ monitor (or larger), wired mouse, ethernet connection (25mbps down / 10mbps up), USB keyboard preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience processing medication prior authorizations
