Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Training: 7:30am–4:00pm CT (2 weeks)
- Nesting: 2 weeks
- Production: 7:00am–8:00pm CT
- 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and faxes regarding medication prior authorizations
- Provide status updates and follow-up with providers on documentation
- Accurately review, interpret, and enter data into systems
- Communicate effectively with members and healthcare providers
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance
What You Need
- 1+ year of healthcare, claims, or medical admin experience
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of continuous tenure with a previous employer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical/healthcare terminology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Dedicated home setup: 19″ monitor (or larger), wired mouse, ethernet connection (25mbps down / 10mbps up), USB keyboard preferred

- Prior experience processing medication prior authorizations
