Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- 100% attendance required during initial training period (first 60 days)
- Monday–Friday shift structure (exact schedule provided at offer)
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls and faxes from members and providers regarding medication prior authorizations
- Manage the full prior authorization process and provide timely status updates
- Review and interpret provider documentation; input data into internal systems
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to follow up on incomplete requests
- Deliver exceptional service with attention to detail, empathy, and HIPAA compliance
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare, medical claims, or administrative roles
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation
- Solid data entry and multitasking skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, hardwired)
- Your own 19”+ monitor, wired mouse, Ethernet cord, and optional keyboard
Preferred
- Experience processing medication prior authorizations
