We’re hiring Proactive Customer Recall Agents to connect with vehicle owners about safety recalls. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact—ensuring customer safety, scheduling repairs with dealerships, and providing reassurance that the issue is being resolved.


Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • Hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
  • Must be available for shifts within operating hours
  • Paid training included

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service representing a major domestic auto manufacturer
  • Make outbound calls to inform vehicle owners of safety recalls
  • Schedule appointments with dealerships for repairs
  • Send follow-up emails to customers and dealerships
  • Offer timely, accurate solutions with a positive, professional attitude
  • Support team projects and collaboration

Requirements

  • Michigan residency (must work remotely from Michigan)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain at your desk for long periods of time
  • Reliable high-speed, hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi and satellite not supported)
