Responsibilities
- Assess current workflows, SOPs, and system architecture
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans
- Build product vision, roadmap, and future-state processes
- Guide client teams through configuration, deployment, and adoption
- Create change-management plans and end-user training content
- Establish performance tracking frameworks (KPIs / SLAs)
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout engagement lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture, solutions design, or consulting
- Strong implementation, process mapping, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in healthcare systems (EHR / RCM / ERP) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with significant travel schedule (50%+)
Pay & Benefits
- $145,000 – $194,785 yearly base pay
- Eligible for annual bonus (target 10%)
