If you’re a “figure it out, document it, and get the client live” type of person, this role is built for you. You’ll help configure and launch First Advantage products for customers, translating real business needs into secure, working implementations, then making sure everyone is ready for go-live.

About First Advantage
First Advantage (Nasdaq: FA) provides background screening solutions for many Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies. They’re actively investing in new tech and improving customer experience as part of a broader transformation.

Schedule
Full-time, US remote
Occasional business travel may be required

What You’ll Do

⦁ Act as a product subject matter expert for pilots and implementations
⦁ Work directly with end users and client SMEs to configure solutions to business requirements
⦁ Build, document, and test configuration-driven implementations that align with contract and security requirements
⦁ Create and maintain job aids for different implementation types, go-live readiness checklists, and internal support handoffs
⦁ Manage a high volume of implementation tasks with minimal guidance
⦁ Respond quickly when timelines shift or client needs demand urgency
⦁ Join product development discussions to understand new functionality and provide customer feedback

What You Need

⦁ 3+ years of customer implementation experience (API or SFTP integrations strongly preferred)
⦁ Strong customer focus and commitment to user experience
⦁ Ability to translate between business needs and technical details
⦁ Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams
⦁ Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
⦁ Fundamentals in servers, software, configuration management, and data management
⦁ Proven troubleshooting ability and confidence navigating ambiguous problems
⦁ Organized, detail-driven, able to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload
⦁ Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
⦁ Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities as the role evolves

Benefits

⦁ Base salary range: approximately $100,000–$125,000 (final offer based on experience/location/skills)
⦁ Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefit plans
⦁ 401(k) with employer match + Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
⦁ Flexible PTO + 8 paid company holidays
⦁ Remote work with access to growth opportunities and modern tech initiatives

This one is a much stronger “career mover” than the $15.75/hr concierge role. If your background has any project coordination, client onboarding, systems troubleshooting, or integration work, it’s worth applying.
