Schedule

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, email, and other channels
- Educate teachers and administrators on how to use Lexia Learning products effectively
- Troubleshoot application, access, and device issues (desktop, tablet, laptop, phone)
- Create and update support cases in Salesforce; escalate issues when needed
- Explain reports and usage data within Lexia Learning programs to customers
- Report product defects and feature requests to the development team
- Stay current on Lexia products, hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Strong phone and email skills; chat support experience is a plus
- Experience supporting SaaS products, browsers, networking principles, and hardware devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira preferred
- Proactive, self-directed, and collaborative team player
- Ability to support customers at all technical levels
- Spanish fluency a plus
