Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Remote (U.S. based)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, email, and other channels
  • Educate teachers and administrators on how to use Lexia Learning products effectively
  • Troubleshoot application, access, and device issues (desktop, tablet, laptop, phone)
  • Create and update support cases in Salesforce; escalate issues when needed
  • Explain reports and usage data within Lexia Learning programs to customers
  • Report product defects and feature requests to the development team
  • Stay current on Lexia products, hardware, software, and networking technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Strong phone and email skills; chat support experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting SaaS products, browsers, networking principles, and hardware devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira preferred
  • Proactive, self-directed, and collaborative team player
  • Ability to support customers at all technical levels
  • Spanish fluency a plus
