JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Provides support to the California Initial Health Outreach team by:
- Handling inbound /outbound Member and Provider calls
- Member’s Eligibility verification
- Schedule IHA (Initial Health Assessment) Appointments
- Generate Unable to Contact Letters and Appointment Reminder Letters
- Fax EMR (Electronic Medical Record) requests, SHA (Staying Healthy Assessment) packets and Attestation Forms to Provider’s office
- Outreach to Provider’s offices to request missing information on Medical Records and SHA forms
- Assist with HEDIS outreach calls when required
- Track all calls in Salesforce
This position is 100% remote, however, the candidate must reside in California.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Must have Call Center outreach experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Genesys experience preferred

Required Education
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range: $16.40 – $31.97 an hour*
