What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to assist providers with portal navigation, verify details, and confirm receipt of request letters
- Respond to emails, chats, and voicemails promptly and accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to management and follow up as needed
- Track and document all interactions with accuracy in systems
- Communicate workflow or system issues to leadership
- Consistently meet quality and productivity standards
- Follow HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience (required)
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment
