Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
- 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Process and manage new hire IDs, client credentials, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate rosters and track attrition in Salesforce and QuickBase
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Training, Recruiting, and other teams to resolve provisioning issues
- Ensure compliance with PHI cleanup and confidentiality standards
What You Need
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce, QuickBase, or similar platforms
- Contact center or BPO operations background
- Project management experience
