Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage new hire IDs, client credentials, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate rosters and track attrition in Salesforce and QuickBase
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Training, Recruiting, and other teams to resolve provisioning issues
  • Ensure compliance with PHI cleanup and confidentiality standards

What You Need

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce, QuickBase, or similar platforms
  • Contact center or BPO operations background
  • Project management experience
