A well-known company located in Downtown, San Diego is hiring a Quality Advisor/CSR Lead to join their team with only 1 day a week in the office and the rest REMOTE.

We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality customer service in an office-related setting. This role will be handling phone calls, escalating billing inquires and documenting agent’s calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with third parties and vendors
  • Listens and monitors calls
  • Prepares and reviews QA evaluations
  • Reviews and audits agents call
  • Brainstorms ways to improve customer experience
  • Provides calls scripts
  • Handle escalations calls

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skills:

  • Data entry
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Reliable

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of high-quality customer service
  • Quality assurance experience is a plus

Compensation: $23.00 per hour to start, bonus upon conversion

Employment Type: Remote/Hybrid, Contract-to-hire, Full-time, Located in Downtown, San Diego

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
