A well-known company located in Downtown, San Diego is hiring a Quality Advisor/CSR Lead to join their team with only 1 day a week in the office and the rest REMOTE.
We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality customer service in an office-related setting. This role will be handling phone calls, escalating billing inquires and documenting agent’s calls.

Responsibilities:
- Communicates with third parties and vendors
- Listens and monitors calls
- Prepares and reviews QA evaluations
- Reviews and audits agents call
- Brainstorms ways to improve customer experience
- Provides calls scripts
- Handle escalations calls
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Data entry
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new systems
- Reliable
Experience:
- At least 2 years of high-quality customer service
- Quality assurance experience is a plus
Compensation: $23.00 per hour to start, bonus upon conversion

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
