If you’ve got medical documentation chops and a steady phone voice, this is basically: review exam records for Service Members/Veterans, call to confirm missing details, and produce clean, contract-compliant summaries for disability/benefit rating purposes. It’s part medical admin, part quality review, part “don’t miss anything” compliance work.

Backbone moment: this isn’t “remote MA” like clinic scheduling. It’s compliance-heavy, metrics-driven, and documentation-forward. If you hate tight standards, handle-time expectations, or being on the phone half your day, this will feel like a grind. If you’re detail-obsessed and calm under pressure, it’s a clean lane.
