Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (eligible states: GA, ID – Boise area, NC, SC, TX, VA, FL)
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays (customer service hours: 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM ET)
  • Schedules are predominately 2nd shift and include one weekend shift weekly
  • Six weeks of mandatory paid training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET (tech set-up begins Wednesday prior)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding refunds, payments, orders, and account data
  • Personalize the customer experience while handling a high call volume
  • Promote QVC products and drive sales through positive interactions
  • Navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Partner with supervisors and IT to resolve escalations
  • Follow confidentiality protocols and maintain professionalism in every interaction

What You Need

  • Reside in an approved state (GA, Boise area in ID, NC, SC, TX, VA, FL)
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
  • Must provide personal computer/laptop (Windows, less than 3 years old), headset, and high-speed internet (satellite, broadband, and mobile not permitted)
