Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Start date: October 23, 2025
- Standard shift begins at 10am CST
- Must provide reliable internet connection (no satellite or 5G)
What You’ll Do
- Schedule radiology appointments including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CTs
- Answer questions and address patient concerns about imaging needs
- Make outbound calls to coordinate radiology appointments
- Document all interactions using management software
- Participate in coaching sessions to continually improve performance
What You Need
- High School diploma/GED required
- At least 6 months of business or customer service experience
- Typing speed of 35 wpm or higher
- Strong knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related platforms
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide 2 monitors (22 inches each) with HDMI and Display ports
