What You’ll Do
- Manage and resolve escalations from internal teams and Client Success
- Investigate and resolve client-related reconciliation issues
- Research remits on payer portals and complete special projects
- Assist with departmental training and audits
- Provide feedback for process improvements
- Perform other assigned duties
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in bank reconciliation (healthcare setting preferred)
- 1+ year in an escalation or lead role in reconciliation preferred
- Experience reading Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of payer portals, insurance types, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and databases
