Schedule

  • Part-time, long-term seasonal role (remote, US-based)
  • Assigned 9-hour shifts (includes a 1-hour break)
  • Shift window: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (based on business needs, assigned after training)
  • Paid training with continuous coaching (video required during training)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Make verification and follow-up calls to healthcare providers to support patient record collection
⦁ Handle issue resolution through phone and electronic communication in a remote environment
⦁ Maintain a high outbound call volume (about 60–80 calls per day) while staying accurate and professional
⦁ Use MS Office tools to track work, document updates, and support daily productivity
⦁ Follow evolving project instructions and business requirements as priorities change
⦁ Build positive relationships with provider offices while keeping calls efficient and on-task
⦁ Maintain strong attendance and punctuality to meet operational needs

What You Need
⦁ Eligibility to work in the United States
⦁ Ideally 2–3 years of call center experience (or strong phone-based customer service with high volume)
⦁ Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with healthcare professionals
⦁ Ability to stay organized and solve problems quickly with minimal supervision
⦁ High-speed internet with Ethernet connection
⦁ Windows-based laptop or desktop with video calling capabilities
⦁ Windows OS with Windows Professional suite (candidate-provided)
⦁ Reliable power backup to avoid work disruptions
⦁ Availability to be on video during training
