- Hiring multiple Recruiters across:
- Admissions
- Engineering
- Operations
- Some openings may prioritize candidates able to commute to the NYC office several days per week (as indicated in the application questions)
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft clear, targeted talent acquisition strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview management, feedback coordination, and offer negotiation
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple business groups in a fast-growth environment
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social platforms, referrals, events, and niche channels
- Evaluate and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, refining search criteria based on feedback
- Run and track job marketing campaigns on job boards and industry sites to boost applicant volume and quality
- Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in the recruiting system
- Cultivate relationships with external recruiting partners where applicable
- Develop and nurture talent networks across key functions to support future hiring needs
- Represent Charlie Health’s mission, values, and culture to candidates and inspire them to explore a role with the organization
- Experiment with creative sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top, mission-aligned talent
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or large organization
- Proven experience owning the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, managing interviews, and closing offers
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles (e.g., operations, clinical support, tech, or G&A)
- Strong relationship-building, listening, and consultative communication skills
- Ability to energize and influence both candidates and internal teams
- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple searches and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high hiring demand
- Work authorization in the United States
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
- Target base salary range: $73,000–$91,000 per year, depending on experience and location
- Target total cash compensation (base + performance bonus): $91,000–$113,000 per year
