This role primarily supports TaxAct as it helps customers file their taxes.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across channels and tools
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Prepare interview materials and support debriefs
- Extend offers of employment and negotiate salary and benefits
- Communicate with new hires prior to start date and keep them engaged
- Orient new employees on their first day
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain process consistency in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- HRIS knowledge (preferred)
