What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate interviews for high-volume hiring, managing scheduling logistics end-to-end
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a timely and thoughtful experience
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving efficiently
  • Maintain strong ATS hygiene in Greenhouse, including accurate data entry, stage movement, notes, and reporting integrity
  • Track candidates through the pipeline, flagging delays/risks and proactively driving solutions
  • Support offer coordination as needed, including references, background checks, and candidate communication
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and operational efficiency

What You Need

  • Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, or similar recruiting operations role supporting high-volume hiring
  • Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate-first mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proven ability to collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
  • ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred; Ashby or similar also valued)
  • Ownership mindset, especially around data accuracy and follow-through
