What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from members and healthcare providers about RBP plans.
  • Explain benefits, resolve claim or payment issues, and reduce member frustration.
  • Research information across multiple databases and partner portals.
  • Demonstrate professional, friendly communication at all times.
  • Meet quality and performance standards consistently.
  • Document interactions accurately and manage repetitive tasks with focus.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, internet, and database navigation.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • RBP or healthcare plan experience preferred.
