Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from members and healthcare providers about RBP plans.
- Explain benefits, resolve claim or payment issues, and reduce member frustration.
- Research information across multiple databases and partner portals.
- Demonstrate professional, friendly communication at all times.
- Meet quality and performance standards consistently.
- Document interactions accurately and manage repetitive tasks with focus.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, internet, and database navigation.
- Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- RBP or healthcare plan experience preferred.
