Schedule
- Remote (US-based only)
- Full-time schedule (exact hours aligned with regional support needs)

Responsibilities
- Serve as lead contact for accounts, patients, and Sales representatives
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries (phone, email, and electronic channels)
- Resolve missing information quickly to meet turnaround times (TAT)
- Communicate delays, cancellations, and coordinate redraws of samples
- Document all interactions, actions taken, and follow-ups in detail
- Research and resolve escalated issues, communicating root cause and resolution
- Stay familiar with all Natera oncology tests, requirements, and reporting
- Work with Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA
- Complete all required training and maintain compliance status
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or 2–5 years of related experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Skilled in managing multiple client needs with strong organizational skills
- Excellent de-escalation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting customers via phone and written channels
- Proficiency in GSuite applications, typing, spelling, and grammar
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in escalated situations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud, LIMS, customer portals, efax, secure email, or cloud-based call center platforms
- Data collection and maintenance experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
