Iteris is seeking a TRAVEL”>Regional Sales Support Representative to work remotely out of California or Arizona. The role is a combination of inside sales, lead generation and administration through telephone and email communication. What you will be doing:
- Provides customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns of customers
- Use established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent responses to inquiries, focusing on addressing the specific issue as quickly as possible
- Coordinate and manage schedules of technicians for customer installations
- Receive, process, and verify orders, including customer information and payment details
- Liaise with the operations department to ensure timely deliveries
- Interaction with customers is primarily through the use of phone and email, but also use of other technology resources as needed
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 Customer Service Experience in supporting customers’ needs
- 3-5 years phone sales experience
- Experience in order entry and processing
- Experience in managing scheduling such as setting TRAVEL”>TRAVEL”>meetings and following up on TRAVEL”>meeting dates and times
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant
