Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote position (Texas residents only) – company provides all necessary equipment
- $16.50/hour base pay + $1/hour language differential (approx. $36,400/year) plus bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from current policyholders and warm leads
- Conduct consultations to assess customer insurance needs and recommend solutions
- Educate customers on products and identify opportunities to offer additional coverage
- Communicate policy details effectively and ensure compliance with provided scripts
- Resolve service-related inquiries by researching and analyzing information
- Personalize support to meet the unique needs of each customer
What You Need
- At least 6 months of service or sales experience
- Minimum 6 months of remote work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
- Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Technical Requirements
- Cable or fiber internet (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, ping < 100 ms)
- Private, quiet workspace with desk/chair
- Ability to be on webcam during work hours
