Schedule

  • $18.00 per hour
  • Full-time, contract/temporary position
  • 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (local time)
  • Remote, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
  • Accepting applicants from: AZ, DC, FL, IL, KS, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, MD, NJ, SC, VA, WA

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to claimant inquiries via phone, email, chat, and callback requests
  • Research and resolve issues using internal systems and resources
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM or call logs
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of call center customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a high-volume environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working remotely for extended periods

Technical Requirements (BYOD)

  • High-speed wired internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Ethernet connection required; no Wi-Fi or hotspots
  • Windows 10 or higher, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better
  • 8GB RAM minimum, 237GB storage minimum
  • Dual monitors, headset, keyboard/mouse, functioning laptop or desktop
  • Must provide recent speed test results and PC specifications
