Schedule

  • Fully remote position
  • Paid training provided via Zoom
  • Must maintain 100% attendance during training

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
  • Update and document customer records accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving client products and services
  • Apply problem-solving skills to improve customer retention
  • Respond to a high volume of calls, emails, and chats efficiently

What You Need

  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, positive demeanor with problem-solving ability
  • Experience troubleshooting consumer products or services preferred
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated home office with wired internet
