Schedule
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 5 PM PT
- Commitment: Minimum 20 hours per week (self-scheduled)
- Duration: 90 days (as needed)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide updates on accounts, services, and sign-up processes
- Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional support
- Document calls and maintain clear communication
What You Need
- Pleasant, professional phone presence
- Prior call center experience a plus (not required)
- Strong multitasking and research skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn daily
- Positive, energetic, customer-first mindset
Workspace & Tech Requirements
- Laptop or desktop with Windows 10+
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Wired internet (Ethernet required)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication
