Schedule

  • Full-time, remote within the USA
  • Start Date: Thursday, August 21, 2025
  • Dedicated workspace required
  • Must provide 2 monitors (22″ or larger) with HDMI and DisplayPort capability

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume inbound calls; transfer and direct calls with professionalism
  • Coordinate all front-office patient tasks, including appointment scheduling and transportation arrangements
  • Input data accurately into Carenet systems and Electronic Medical/Health Record (EMR/EHR) databases
  • Provide clinic information such as directions and hours of operation
  • Verify patient insurance with health plans and update records as needed
  • Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, vendors, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain patient privacy and adhere to HIPAA requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in healthcare settings with scheduling and EMR/EHR systems (medical assistant, front office, or similar)
  • Strong computer skills including data entry, screen navigation, Microsoft Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated empathy and compassion
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
