Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • 8-hour shifts (afternoons and evenings)
  • Must be available for one weekend shift
  • Training: Paid, day shift schedule (100% attendance required)
  • Schedules are assigned during the interview process and remain permanent

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls for non-emergency medical transportation requests
  • Use technology systems to coordinate patient transportation safely and efficiently
  • Consult with clients to understand needs and provide the best scheduling options
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and healthcare partners
  • Handle escalated interactions with professionalism and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, professional demeanor with adaptability for different customer types
  • Experience troubleshooting or supporting consumer services is a plus

Work Environment

  • Dedicated home office with a door for privacy
  • Ability to hardwire internet (Ethernet required; Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • Adequate space for workstation setup
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (calls, music, household interruptions, etc.)

Training

  • Product and systems training provided
  • Live remote training via Zoom
  • 100% attendance required

Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $12.00
