What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and problem-solving
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first contact
  • Assist customers with policy details, retention efforts, and appropriate plan recommendations

What You Need

  • Active home state Property & Casualty License
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate Windows OS
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Reliable internet meeting the company’s technical requirements
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace
