Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (1-hour lunch)
- Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, WV
Responsibilities
- Answer calls on an auto-dialer from potential clients
- Clearly explain representation forms and guide clients through the process
- Walk clients step-by-step through how to electronically sign documents via text and email
- Document calls and outcomes to maintain accuracy and workflow continuity
- Persuade clients to complete representation forms to move their claims forward
- Provide patient, professional support in high-volume call settings
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Persuasive phone presence with the ability to motivate clients to complete forms
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain electronic signing processes to non-technical clients
- Professional, friendly, and patient communication style
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable handling high call volumes (hundreds of calls daily)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
- Reliable and dependable attendance
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with desk and chair
- Personal high-speed internet service (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not acceptable)
- Logged in and available to take calls during scheduled hours
