Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
  • September 15 and 29 training classes available
  • Must commit to 4 weeks of paid training
  • Monday to Friday only—no weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies and renters to resolve damage claims
  • Negotiate payments and settlements with professionalism
  • Manage account activity and document all interactions accurately
  • Stay compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with team members and meet monthly recovery goals

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of experience in collections, claims, rental car, or subrogation
  • Proven high-performer with top-tier results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across channels
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working on-camera in a distraction-free remote setup
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer and CRM skills
