Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
- September 15 and 29 training classes available
- Must commit to 4 weeks of paid training
- Monday to Friday only—no weekends
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies and renters to resolve damage claims
- Negotiate payments and settlements with professionalism
- Manage account activity and document all interactions accurately
- Stay compliant with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with team members and meet monthly recovery goals
What You Need
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, claims, rental car, or subrogation
- Proven high-performer with top-tier results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across channels
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on-camera in a distraction-free remote setup
- Tech-savvy with strong computer and CRM skills
