Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. based)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST (mandatory)
- After training: shift bid based on business needs; must be flexible to work between 8:00am–9:00pm EST, including Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Answer 60–80 inbound calls daily from customers, caregivers, and referral sources
- Assist with order placement, reorders, product information, order status, and discrepancies
- Process insurance billing information and collect payments as needed
- Navigate multiple systems to research accounts, provide updates, and resolve issues
- Interpret and explain insurance terminology in clear, simple terms
- Document order details across platforms while maintaining compliance and accuracy
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive and complex calls
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 2–4 years of high-volume call center experience preferred
- Prior remote/work-from-home experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems preferred
- Healthcare customer service or insurance experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone skills, active listening, and ability to meet daily call center metrics
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed wired internet (25 Mbps download minimum, 10 Mbps upload recommended)
