Schedule

  • Full-time, remote-first in the U.S. (multiple locations listed, including Chicago)
  • Weekend and holiday availability required semi-regularly

What You’ll Do

  • Resolve customer issues that arrive as support tickets
  • Write tailored, clear communications that help customers solve problems
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Operate as a trusted advisor with an open, caring, approachable style
  • Manage multiple priorities while delivering strong outcomes for every customer
  • Proactively spot gaps and recommend solutions that help the team scale and hit goals

What You Need

  • 1+ year of relevant experience (service/support preferred)
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex problems clearly
  • Strong customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Motivated, caring, learning-oriented work style
  • Habit of sharing knowledge and helping teammates succeed
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
  • Willingness to work weekends/holidays semi-regularly
