Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first in the U.S. (multiple locations listed, including Chicago)

What You’ll Do
- Resolve customer issues that arrive as support tickets
- Write tailored, clear communications that help customers solve problems
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to diagnose and resolve issues
- Operate as a trusted advisor with an open, caring, approachable style
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering strong outcomes for every customer
- Proactively spot gaps and recommend solutions that help the team scale and hit goals
What You Need
- 1+ year of relevant experience (service/support preferred)
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex problems clearly
- Strong customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Motivated, caring, learning-oriented work style
- Habit of sharing knowledge and helping teammates succeed
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays semi-regularly
