Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Mandatory paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST (camera on)
  • After training: shift bid based on business need
  • Must be open and flexible between 8:00am–9:00pm EST and some Saturdays

What You’ll Do

  • Take inbound calls from customers, caregivers, and referral sources (60–80 calls/day)
  • Place new orders and reorders for medical supplies
  • Research account and order issues and provide resolutions
  • Provide product information and order status updates
  • Resolve order discrepancies and handle customer complaints
  • Collect required information for insurance billing and collect payment when needed
  • Navigate multiple internal systems while on calls
  • Explain insurance terminology and requirements in plain language
  • Escalate complex issues to a Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Follow compliance and regulatory standards and document interactions accurately

What You Need

  • High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of high-volume call center experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence, active listening, and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to hit common call center metrics (AHT, adherence, QA, speed to answer)
  • Comfort using multiple systems and company-provided hardware daily
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Healthcare customer service experience preferred
  • Order placement systems experience preferred
  • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting mindset preferred
