Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (US-based)
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST (mandatory)
  • After training: shift bid process; must be flexible to work within 8:00am–9:00pm EST (including some Saturdays)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer 60–80 inbound calls daily for new orders, reorders, product info, and customer concerns
  • Process orders, verify insurance billing information, and collect payments as needed
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies and complaints in a high-volume call center
  • Provide order status updates and explain insurance or product details clearly to customers
  • Use multiple systems to resolve inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all interactions

What You Need

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 2–4 years of customer service in a high-volume call center preferred
  • Prior healthcare or medical supply customer service experience a plus
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and call center systems preferred
  • Ability to meet call center metrics (AHT, adherence, QA, speed to answer)
  • Remote work experience preferred; must have a private, quiet workspace and meet internet requirements (minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, hardwired connection required)
