Remote Retail CSR Details:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their retail orders
- Look up order and delivery status’
- Answer questions regarding products and assist in placing orders
- Maneuvering between multiple operating systems
- Responding to email inquiries
- Responding to chat messages
Schedules: Afternoon shifts
Pay: $13 to start, during peak season (Nov-Jan) weekly attendance bonus
Remote Retail CSR Qualifications:
- Ability to work different schedules (evenings and weekends)
- Must have highspeed internet (speed test required)
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have advanced computer skills
- Must have a dedicated quiet workspace
- Must be within 35 miles of Colorado Springs, CO
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
