At Advocacy Solutions, we assist individuals seeking Social Security disability and veterans disability benefits. Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST (one-hour lunch)
  • Fully remote (must be based in the U.S. in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls on an auto dialer from potential clients
  • Patiently explain representation documents and guide clients through the electronic signing process via text/email
  • Document calls and ensure proper logging in the phone system
  • Persuade clients to complete representation forms to move their claims forward
  • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency while handling high call volume (hundreds of calls daily)
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Persuasive phone presence and professional, friendly demeanor
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to explain e-sign processes to less tech-savvy clients
  • Ability to stay patient, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independence in daily work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Must meet work-from-home requirements: quiet space, desk/chair, and reliable high-speed wired internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not acceptable)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay: $15/hour
  • Monthly bonus opportunities (eligible after 2 full months of employment)
