Schedule
- Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm EST (1-hour lunch)
- Remote work from home (must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV)
- Must provide your own desk, chair, and high-speed wired internet (minimum 100 download/20 upload)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from potential clients using an auto dialer
- Clearly explain documents and guide clients through e-signing by text and email
- Record and document calls in the system for accurate tracking
- Persuade and support clients to complete representation forms
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong persuasive phone presence and professional communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to teach clients how to sign documents electronically
- Reliable, independent, and able to handle high call volumes
