This role is all about saving relationships and solving problems in real time. You’ll be the person patients reach when they’re ready to cancel, and your job is to hear them out, fix what you can, and keep them connected to care.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from existing patients who want to cancel service
- Address general inquiries, process payments, and respond to claim-related questions
- Listen to patient concerns, resolve issues when possible, and escalate when needed to support retention
- Place outbound calls to former patients to see if they’d like to return to ExactCare
- Maintain a consistently positive, patient-first approach during every interaction
- Stay current on ExactCare products and services
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
What You Need
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in collections or customer service
- Experience working in a high-volume, phone-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work across multiple software programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle patient information appropriately
