- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift within 5am–7pm PST, plus 1 Saturday per month
- Compensation range: $21.17–$33.60/hour (includes base + potential performance bonus), based on location, skills, and experience
- Note: listing states the role is set at $23.52/hour with the potential to earn up to $33.60/hour through commission/performance bonus
What You’ll Do
- Own relationships with assigned Pros who are requesting cancellation or are at risk of canceling
- Take live transfer calls from Support for Pros requesting to cancel
- Make outbound dials to a book of business of at-risk Pros
- Use curiosity and consultative selling to uncover the real “why” behind cancellation intent
- Coach Pros through options so they can make informed decisions for their business
- Resolve issues in real time when appropriate, removing blockers that prevent success
- Create a clear 30-day path forward after a save to help Pros realize value
- Follow up after successful saves to ensure Pros are getting the outcomes they expected
- Support billing-related retention work, including updating payment info and recovering failed payments
What You Need
- 1+ years of full-time sales or retention experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed metrics and KPIs
- Strong consultative selling and objection handling skills
- Empathy, curiosity, and strong listening skills with the ability to adapt in real time
- Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
