Schedule
- Remote, U.S. only (must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX)
- Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST, with weekend rotation
- Full-time position
- Equipment provided
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency and care
- Retain existing members by resolving concerns, renegotiating agreements, and preventing cancellations
- Use active listening, empathy, and ownership to resolve issues via phone and email
- Execute and monitor repricing for assigned customers
- Provide timely, independent solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Consistently achieve retention and sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to improve member experience
What You Need
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
- Proven call center and sales experience with a passion for generating results
- Ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with sincerity and professionalism
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Competitive drive to meet and exceed company-wide and personal goals
- Must pass background, employment history, and drug screening checks
