This is a remote, case-based role supporting retirement/pension participants. You’ll own cases end-to-end, make courtesy calls, help people complete pension paperwork, and guide them through first payment processing.

Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EST
- Training pay: $16.50/hr
- Production pay: $17.50/hr
What You’ll Do
- Receive and log retirement cases daily
- Make a 10-day courtesy call to confirm the participant received their pension package
- Offer help completing the pension package
- Set expectations for payment processing timelines
- Manage each case from assignment through first payment processed
- Close the case after payment is processed
What You Need
- Previous call center experience
- Retirement/pension knowledge (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Internet speed test: 25+ download / 5+ upload / ping ≤175ms
- Must connect via ethernet to modem/router
- Location restrictions apply (they’re not hiring in several states and certain metro areas, including Illinois/Chicago)
