Get to Know the Opportunity:    

Provides service and administrative support to largest/most complex defined contribution plan clients.   Trains, coaches and mentors lower level recordkeepers.

Please Note:  Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home . Must work East Coast hours.

The Contributions You’ll Make:    

  • Answering calls from employers.
  • Documenting questions received.
  • Researching questions and responding
  • Routing work as needed to different teams for processing and or review.
  • Submitting tasks for corrections
  • Interacting with Money In Payroll team to handle communications for reporting related to payroll processing and other money in activity
  • Interacting with the client as needed

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:   

  • 6+ years defined contribution client service experience
  • OMNI 7.4 platform systems experience
  • Experience with creating & updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
