Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position.

What You’ll Do
- Collect and review client documents for annual 401(k) plan reporting.
- Reconcile plan activity using Excel and administration software.
- Conduct 401(k) testing and reporting through specialized software.
- Prepare and file IRS Form 5500 and related government filings.
- Educate clients about retirement plan administration.
- Make reminder calls and send follow-up emails to ensure timely reporting.
- Share knowledge with team members and assist in training initiatives.
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of 401(k) structures, ROBS, and IRS/DOL regulations a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
