Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and review client documents for annual 401(k) plan reporting.
  • Reconcile plan activity using Excel and administration software.
  • Conduct 401(k) testing and reporting through specialized software.
  • Prepare and file IRS Form 5500 and related government filings.
  • Educate clients about retirement plan administration.
  • Make reminder calls and send follow-up emails to ensure timely reporting.
  • Share knowledge with team members and assist in training initiatives.

What You Need

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of 401(k) structures, ROBS, and IRS/DOL regulations a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
