Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Negotiate settlements with creditors, collection agencies, and debt buyers
- Calculate client settlement payment options based on budgets
- Organize and track creditor contacts and settlement results
- Call, email, and fax creditors to manage active negotiations
- Sort and filter data in Excel to identify best accounts for settlement
- Maintain professional, consistent follow-up on accounts
What You Need
- High School Diploma required; BA preferred
- 1–2 years of related experience (customer service, finance, or sales)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Debt Pay Pro a plus
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
